Terms of Service & Estimates Policy

Map Estimation Accuracy: All pricing generated by our online Google Maps calculator is a preliminary estimate based exclusively on the square footage drawn or selected by the user.

On-Site Verification: The estimate does not constitute a binding contract or a final financial agreement. Dynamic Lawns & Landscaping reserves the right to adjust the final price upon physical inspection of the property.

Adjustment Factors: Factors that may increase the final price include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive grass overgrowth (grass higher than 6 inches at the first service).
• Properties with steep hills, difficult terrain, or limited access gates (less than 36–52 inches for commercial mowers).
• An excessive number of obstacles requiring extensive manual trimming (e.g., trampolines, flowerbeds, playsets, or intricate fencing).

Service Area Limits: Our digital booking platform and services are strictly limited to the Prince Edward Island (PEI) region, focusing on Charlottetown, Stratford, and Cornwall.

Location-Based Cancellation: If an address is outside our current operational route, Dynamic Lawns & Landscaping reserves the right to cancel the request or apply an additional fuel/travel surcharge, even if the map calculator processed the address.

Small Lot Plan ($100/mo): Includes exactly two (2) scheduled visits per month (bi-weekly frequency). Each visit includes mowing, edge trimming, and blowing debris off driveways and walkways.

Medium Yard Plan ($199/mo): Includes weekly visits (calculated as an average of 4 visits per month). Includes precise trimming, driveway blow-off, and access to live crew tracking/photo reports.

Large Property Plan ($290/mo): Includes weekly visits (calculated as an average of 4 visits per month) for corner lots or premium properties up to 0.5 acres. Includes deep trimming and full property blow-off.

Months with 5 Weeks: Monthly subscription rates are flat. Months containing a 5th week are factored into the overall seasonal rate (May through October), and no extra charges or refunds apply for calendar shifts.

One-Time Cuts: If a customer requests a single, non-recurring cut, the subscription rates do not apply. One-time cuts are subject to a custom surcharge due to unpredictable lawn conditions.

Property Access: The property owner must ensure that the lawn is accessible on the scheduled service day. Gates must be unlocked, and pets (dogs/cats) must be safely secured indoors.

Lawn Obstacles: All toys, pet waste, lawn furniture, hoses, and large debris must be cleared from the grass prior to our arrival. Dynamic Lawns & Landscaping is not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn, nor are we responsible for skipping areas blocked by heavy objects.
